The capacity at River Chase for weddings and special events is 100 guests.

The Farmhouse sleeps 14 and the Cottage sleeps 2.

For $8,800.00, you’ll have the Farmhouse and the Cottage for 2 nights / 3 days, and access to the barn throughout your stay for a convenient event set up and clean up. Additional nights can be booked based upon availability.

If you do not wish to book the Farmhouse and Cottage, then you’ll have 3-day access to the barn for $6,500.

Yes, a professional day-of coordinator or wedding planner is required.

We allow booking up to 18 months in advance.

We have eighteen (18) 5ft round tables, five (5) 6ft rectangular tables, 14 barrel-top cocktail tables, 29 stools, and 100 fruitwood folding chairs. However, River Chase furniture must remain indoors. If you would like an outdoor ceremony, we can offer recommendations for outdoor ceremony chair rentals.

Venue-only requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The venue and the Farmhouse/Cottage cannot be reserved by different or unaffiliated parties at the same time.

No problem! We can move the ceremony inside. Our barn and rathskeller are both indoors

We offer two (2) wall heaters and four (4) movable propane space heaters (propane NOT included).

For hot weather, we suggest renting fans or portable chillers from local vendors.

While River Chase offers a bathroom stall that can accommodate a wheelchair, it’s not a strictly handicap friendly venue.

There are on-site men’s and women’s restrooms that are adjacent to the barn. There are two toilets in each restroom.

Yes, we have parking on-site for 75 vehicles. Parking is in a grass field adjacent to the venue.

Set up and break down (including clean-up) will be the responsibility of guests and their vendors. Many full service caterers include these services in their offerings. Contact us for the cleanup policy.
